Won't She Do Its' mission is to empower BIPOC women who serve as the heads of their households, guiding them towards success in academia, the workplace, and parenthood. Through specialized coaching and consultancy, we are committed to providing self-advocacy skills training, ensuring that each student-parent not only navigates challenges effectively but also thrives in their multifaceted roles. By fostering a supportive and empowering environment, we strive to help these women recognize their strengths, build resilience, and achieve their academic and professional goals.
